Serial # ID

I have a older Evenrude outboard I believe is a 9.9 HP The only number I can find on it says its the Serial # that is 10302E-E02024 Does any one know how to find the Model and year from this info ?

there are links in the sticky section or top secret files they say its a 1963 motor

10302 is the model number for a 1963 10hp

Do any of you have any idea where I might find a flywheel for this motor?
There was a wire from the coil to the points pinched and shorted out. I used the wrong type of puller to pull the flywheel, and cracked it all the way around the hub and don't want to put it back togeather this way!
I haven't been sucessfull finding any sights that list parts for these old units.
