The last Seloc I saw covered something like 22 different engines from 15-150 horse, my OMC manual covers my engine only, there is your difference.
There is no comparison, the OMC manual has test procedures ffor your particular engine with pics of your engine to go by the Seloc has alot of "similar to" or "may be like this" stuff.
Get the factory manual, best money you will spend all year.
