Servicing a blown head gasket.. questions

Thanks for all the input guys gonna do some thinking and research on whether or not I want to invest too much more time and money into this motor. Hate to let it go but might just part it out and try to recover the $300 invested or use the good parts for future Chrysler’s I get. Just curious does anyone know of any good videos showing the disassembling of what might need to be done to assess this issue? Also Force where do you usually find “good used” power heads at?

Google is great start to look & outboard shops/Scrap yards / market place / Ebay Even IBoats (shop) sells them

It's fairly easy to dismantle the motor.
Take lots of pics as you work.
There's lots of used motors out there.
