I looked through the OEM and found nothing as well. Qjet right? Seloc manual says one turn. Make sure engine is up to temp before trying to adjust.

Good luck.

When I was younger, my grandfather had a house on minnetonka. I now live over an hour away and with all the lakes close to me, I have not been on that lake for years. It's a very popular lake. Have you spent time there?

Re: setting the carb idle and mixture screws

I have a friend who lives in hutch and he and I have been out there twice, not in prime boating season though. I'm heading up there in a few weeks with my boat if things go well, eager to see it in the summer!! Didn't know if you frequented it or not.

anyway, my adjustment screws have no screw or hex head on them at all, I havn't messed with anything like that, is there a special tool i need to adjust them?

thanks again!

I know what you mean about the adjustment screws. there may be a special tool but I think you could get a plyers on them. To be honest, my adjustment screws were stuck until I had my carb rebuilt this spring. I never adjusted them after the guy preset them however as the boat runs so good I haven't messed with it.

Have fun on Minnetonka, With over 10,000 lakes in this state, I prefer something a little more relaxed. I've got 7-8 landings within 10 miles of my driveway.:D

If you remove the carb and idle mixture screws, you can cut a groove in head of idle mixture screw to allow you to use flat screwdriver to ease adjustments.
