I am having an issue with getting my jon boat to the lake
from the ramp due to low water drought conditions. There
is about 75 feet of aprox. ten inches of water I have to go
thru to get to the lake. Other than the expense of dredging
are there any other ideas?

Get a long pole and push your way to the lake.

Pray for rain, use another ramp which is probably overloaded if still usable, don some waders or use a push pole as CV16 said.

Dredging is probably not an option which will be approved by the lake owner unless it's you. What lake is this?

Bring a leaf blower and use it as a get engine.

Leaf blower.........yeah, sure !

You could modify the push pole by attaching a 12" piece of plywood to the bottom of it? Works around the marshes of the Easteern shore. Just thinking.

Yeah, you can row in ten inches of water. The muck bottom will make it easier than rowing in shallow water over

Post 13 didn't finish itself, sorry that I didn't check it. Should read, Muck bottom is easier than rowing over shallow rocky bottom.

If you wanted to get into having a battery you could use a trolling motor.
