I called iboats.com today to place my first order!! I had 2 gift certificates I could use for my orders, one is from Feb. 2005 when I won trivia back then. Well, the gift certificate was nowhere to be found in their system!! I guess it expired, even though there was nothing on the gift cert. that said it would expire.<br /><br />Ahh well... what can you do, right?<br /><br />Sean

Sean...I know that feeling. I had a W Marine gift card, and the magnetic strip wore off from carrying it in my wallet, as did the printed number on the card. They said "I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do." Probably about 50/60 dollars on it.

Darn RP!!! That is more crappy than mine!! I got mine for free from the mgmt here... and it was only for 20 bucks... But 50/60 bucks - and probably a gift!! YIKES.

I recently gave gift cards to my boys. I got them Visa gift cards from my bank that they can spend anywhere. Seemed to work out well.<br /><br />I hear ya EE, it sux!
