Typical cracking........ depending on the location of the crack and cost of the boat you might want to get a survey.

Its hard to tell what exactly we're looking at from the pic, other than there's some non skid with a couple of cracks near it.

Knowing the location will make a big difference in the accuracy of the answers you get.

This is very common around settee bases and other corner radius's. I see them all the time. The fact is they only get worse. Kind of like the crack in a car windshield. No real need to panic but you should have it repaired at some point as it just becomes larger over time thus increasing the repair cost.

Sorry, this is the passenger side footwell to the left of the ski locker.

If it were near the transom or in an area of flex and stress I would at very least want to look in to it. Being where it is, I doubt it is a problem. Nine times out of ten its cosmetic, not structural. Do feel any give in the deck when you walk on it in that area?

It may best to take another pic and zoom out a little so we can see the entire area, some times it means nothing, but other times that area may not be supported well. Most boats now have molded liners and if they aren't supported well they can crack, some have a plywood, Balsa or foam as a core, or no core at all.
