Re: SHT While driving !!

Pedestrians are another bane of our life: banned from the motorways they tend to be drunk and usually don't have a clue they are even on the motorway; they only know that the "taxi's" they are trying to stop seem to be moving quickly and never stop for them....................and then they mistake our vehicles for a taxi. We do give them a lift but there is a charge, it's not the kind of charge they expect (and a short stay in the cells too!). Even been offered a tip for my good driving standards too by one pleasantly drunk young gentleman

Now thats pretty funny.Whats a mickey???i would like to see the pics of the farmhouse.

""The two young ladies who decided to swap drivers by setting the cruise control and climbing over each other!""

I was on a tour bus, on the way to retreat as a teenager.
Saw the 2 "professional" bus drivers do that at 2 am.

will give you a short taste of the farmhouse although the picture is poor quality!

This on the other hand does give you a good view of the farmhouse. All I will say is that the photo must have been taken many years ago as there are always vehicles on that road now, no matter what time of day etc.

I guess the other good thing about the photo is that it shows our "motorway" layout: three lanes on either side of the central reservation (median) and the hard shoulder as we call it (shoulder in American?)

What the photo doesn't really show is that the motorway rejoins itself at the other end of the farmland! It has to be unique...............unless someone knows different???

Hope this helps guys?
