Are you foaming everything else? I don't see why not.

Re: ski locker foam question?

yes i am, just asking because the entire middle section is not foamed. what i mean is the bilge area, the gas tank compartment and the ski locker all dont have foam in them so is there a reason why the whole middle line is not foamed???

A pic would help. The gas tank isn't foamed because it's aluminum and it needs to breathe or it will corrode. You can't foam the bilge because it needs to drain...

do you mean why the middle where all that stuff is isn't foamed by the factory?

i understand why the factory didn't foam the bilge area, gas tank area, and ski locker leaving down the middle without foam. i just want to make sure there isnt a reason i should leave the ski locker area unfoamed even if i take it out of the restoration

The ski locker area can be foamed in if it doesn't hurt drainage from the bow to the bilge. Foaming in your tank is also ok and add stability as long as you coat the tank with coal tar epoxy first.
