Hello,

My trailer needs new springs. Unfortunately, they seem to be an odd size.
I have 26.25" curved end slippers. Everywhere i look, they have either 24" or 30".

I found some online, but they want $60-70 each.

My question is,what would be the most economical way to retrofit some other springs??

BTW, my trailer is galvanized.

Thanks

Re: Slipper springs replacement?

Just looked at http://www.easternmarine.com, and they have a couple 26.25" hooked end slipper springs. The price ranges from $32 to $65.

I need what the call the radius end springs. I actually ordered some of the hooked end springs from a local shop, and they ended up being 2" too long. Without the hook they would of been perfect.

looking back, the ones i got were the ones that hook back in a c. These might end up working. If only i could find a local source.
