Slow speed @ Full Throttle.

Can someone tell me what is the issue with my Motor? Only going 5mph at full throttle???

Boat Start Up Easy Every Time.
Did a compressor check and getting 120 PSI on each cylinder.

Any help would be great!! Thanks

Spark on all 3 ?

Does it rev up as it should?

What are your full throttle rpm's ?

Thanks roscoe for replying. I'm a little new to boat motor therefore the only thing I know how to check is a compressor test.

It does go to rev but very slow at full power, same as forward.

I didn't do a spark and rpm's test b/c I do not know how. If you can give me a little tip on how to check for those I really appreciated.
