I work for a lawyer, and I ran this by him this afternoon, all he said was, "Well, It sure wouldnt help your case at all", But he had never seen a case like that either.<br /><br />Well, there are few boating accidents, and even fewer that over power. So, if you like the odds, go for it.<br /><br />I still feel like KClost, If I felt like it I probably would.

Naw, those 'legal beagles' only stick their noses in where the big bucks are. The ones that would be capable of thinking of that are too busy chasing those big bucks.

Now with all of this, It sounds like you figured on doing it anyway, and wanted someone to side with you, well, if you want to do it, its your boat, your money, and your life, as long as you dont indanger someone else in the process.
