Sounds like its getting in through the bellows or maybe the transom bolts. Try moving the trim up and down when you have her in the water you might see where its coming through.

Another potential leak is the cooling water hoses/fixtures. With engine running, lift the engine cover (sunpad or whatever) and shine a flashlight around looking for source of leak. Our Glastron had one of the manifold drain plugs crack and it would leak with engine running. I would see bilge pump come on so I'd shut off engine and inspect for leak only to never see it. I finally looked for leak with engine running and it was easy to spot.

we had the same thing last summer. took a marine mechanic to find a broken freeze plug! we pulled our hair trying to find the leak.

Believe it or not, the only way you are going to find a leak is to LOOK for it. Asking on the internet sure won't find it. That will get you everything in the book.
Had customers with a couple of boats that just put too much weight on the back of the boat and the through hulls for the bilge pump were under water at times. Thus allowing water in. Rain can also get into the vents, hatches, etc, and go to the bilge, you could have a leak up in the bow that follows all the limber holes all the way to the back.
In other words, you have to dry things off and follow the leaks.

Trust me, marine mechanics do not have some electronic devise that we point at the boat and it pin points leaks.

Along with all the other common since stuff like outdrive bellows and shift cable bellows.. Check the exhaust manifold bellows inside the engine compartment. You said after driving around you notice it more.. Same problem I had a couple of years ago.. It sat in the water at the dock all day everyday and dry as a bone.. After about 3 hours of curising we would about 8 gallons of water out of the bildge.. Turns out there was a hole in the exhaust manifold bellow which we didnt notice without the enging running..

found the leak, the screws that hold the outter ring from the plug are loose they dont tighten anymore, so im pluging the old screw holes and making new ones. thanks for the advise
