Well I took my 1957 Crestliner out before she was done. She just needs exterior paint. Since my Big Twin 35 isn't ready, I threw my '54 Fleetwin 7.5 on her for the day.
It was gorgeous out.
Here are some pics and a short vid

Nice! That 7.5 looks like it's running good, leaving a good wake.

Thank you, she is a good old girl and defineately a work horse.
I have faith in the old girl, we were a mile out.
Did you guys watch the vid?

BTW, pics seem to be the right size again

A mile out! Well, it is an Evinrude after all. Good ol' motor.

By the looks of the wake you were cutting with the 7.5hp motor, that boat is going to fly with a 35hp on it!

I'll be looking forward to seeing more pics!

Can't wait to get the BT35 on that boat.
The 07.5 probably pushed me at 10mph

7.5 is only 56 years old, boat is only 53 years young,
water depth about 150'

Fleetwin,
Your 7.5 ran nice! I have to laugh at your fuel line, though!!;)
Seeing how I've done that myself, I must say that you can get real double line hose from laingsoutboards.com for about 2.00 a foot, and it't worth it. It's nice and flexible and just plain old good stuff.
Liked it,

Thanks, I am waiting until I get the Crestliner sorted and know where I will keep the tank, then I have to outfit the other tank too.
I wish OMC made a quick connect at the tank so that you only have to have one or two fuel lines for all your pressure tanks.

Surprised I haven't had any comments on the video, is it not playing?

Increadible!
Very jealous -- the wave models for the Pacific look heavenly today!

Would love to see more pics of the boat when you are complete.

Headed to Dana Point in 2 weeks in the big boat, hope the conditions are equally as nice.

Kudos!

Secretly, I would love to make the trip to Catalina when the boat is done.
Conditions would have to be perfect and stay that way
