What plugs are you using? What type of fouling are you seeing? Oil fouled ,deposit fouled,bridge gapped?Your problem may be carburetor or ignition related,but I can't run with that ball without more details.If your engine is the 60 degree block 175 ,it calls for Champion QL78YC gapped at .030".

it will rev ok in neutal but no power i put new plugs in and went down lake fine but comming back i was at a slow troll and thats when it happend it has happend 3 times

Like new plugs on one side sounds like you lost ignition to that side. Could be power packs, shifht interupt switch or something else. You need to determine if you're getting fire to all 6 plugs when the problem happens.
