( I know this might not be the right forum - but where *else* would I really be noticed missing from?? LOL)<br /><br />Good people,<br />We close on our house on the 29th, the home inspection is next wedsnesday. After I finish this 115 on the bench, the Little Shop of Clams is closing till it reappears in SC. My OWN boat is currently sans powerhead, and I won't have time to make one till after the move.<br /><br />My posting here will be VERY sporatic and scarce until we relocate, at least a month or so.<br /><br />Be safe...... and repeat after me: <br /><br />"Max advance 21 degrees, clean carbs, prop for 5500+, no "economy" fuel."<br /><br />-W

Heh... we don't even know where we're gonna live yet. We're just gonna put all our stuff in storage and drive down towing the boat with a bank account full of money. <br /><br />We've targeted the Lake Greenwood / Keowee area.<br /><br />I've never been homeless before. Clams, My wife and I just bought a house on Lake Greenwood. There are some great values there and I believe there will be some serious appreciation once all the lots are developed. We bought a 13 yr old townhouse(1966 sq/ft) thirty feet from the water with a boat launch and pier. I've got my own slip. We won't be moving for two years and it's available for rent as of June 1st. Gail Bowers at RE/MAX Action has been wonderful with us. Also while it is 34 and snowing here it is currently 65 there and I would be fishing <br /> web page

I'm leaning toward Keowee as it's an "older lake" and a bigger lake. I outta be able to rake in the dough keeping those old clams running. <br /><br />Greenwood is 2nd choice though.....<br /><br />I don't fish, I play with pull toys on the rope.<br /><br /> <br /><br />-W
