I have a 2008 Yamaha 225 HPDI and plan to drop the lower unit to replace the water pump. I assume that I need to disconnect the speedo tube but I'm not sure where the connection is. I did this before on a 150 but the connection was on the front side of the lower unit above the split line. Can't find it on the 225.
