Spiral wound lock washer specs??

I have looked through the tech manual (OEM) and don't seem to see if there is a height specification for the lock washer (spring).

Suppose that I should say it is an '84 MR drive and a 2.5/120 Mercruiser


How will one know if they are "OK" or need replacing??

Mine LOOK fine but are they....
