Did you blow out all the fuel lines, gas tank vent lines, change your water seperating filter, drain and clean engine fuel filter, change plugs?

Recheck for water. Got a water separating fuel filter on there?

Any idea how the water got in the fuel in the first place?

Yes i blew all that out, and i changed fuel and water seperater filter. Water got in through the vent on fuel cap. The motor is on a motauk if that tells you anything. Should i assume that there is still water some were. also how far should the pilot screw be turned out to see if i was right?
