It's doubtful this is stainless steel. As was said, probably aluminum. There are no real advantages to making a stainless steel hull. It is heavier, more expensive and seriously subject to crevice corrosion. Welds have to be nearly perfect, whereas with aluminum you can get away with a lot. Many years ago a very knowledgeable person wrote a paper on why stainless steel is not a good choice for hulls. I used to have a copy of it but I can't find it. Senior moment.
