So are you going to sell it "As Is" ??

Whether the problem is fixed or not, it will be, "as is", with the problem clearly mentioned in the ad, plus a few other problems,

well we are all back to square one ..

sale "as is" ===> means it is the next guy's problem.... end of issue

fix before sale===> replace the selenoid since disconnecting the battery is not likely to be a fix for a bad/stuck start key !!!
what is unclear is why a sticky relay contact in the selenoid would physically release itself when dropping the battery voltage (unless it locks up as describded above). It is a bit of a mystery.

In any event you need to do something .
