Ok so I have replaced my battery because it was on its way out! I connected the pertronix to the alternator hot spot but she only fires/starts intermittently... At that point on my alternator I drop to 10v +/- upon cranking... Is this normal? If so Maybe I should install a switch for the pertronix and go Straight to battery?

That is normal voltage while cranking.

Maybe your Pertronix module is bad. Wouldn't be the first time one of these failed.

Did you ever set your timing with a timing light? You can still do it without the engine running. Just check while cranking.

Timing is perfect....same issue with points installed...... Installed relay as advised by pertronix and it worked... Well till I got on the water... Found That that it has intermittent spark! Now to fix that! Back to the drawing board! first step talk to pertronix maybe it id a bad module! We shall see! Thanks for everyone's help!
