starting problem on 60hp tiller drive

i have a problem for starting my 6ohp mercury after checking on wiring i found no charge on spark plug and ignition coil then i suspected problem came from green wire strip white and green wire dont have any current flow is that mean i got to change stator.i'm new in boating just about half year

after getting the harmonic puller i remove flywheel and found that my stator burn its produce some black juice around the stator .replaced with new one my problem solve thanks to forum help me very much.
