I have an older Ranger fish/ski 1988 with a 1996 150hp V6...anyway, this past weekend while towing it to the lake, my wife starting fishtailing, which she handled quite well (it was scary watching from behind while towing travel trailer) but it actually snapped the transom saver at the "Y" that the mtor rests on and now the motor when fully turned to the right will Lock in place and it won't budge (out of water). When in the water it happened a couple of times at "no wake" speed and when engine was reversed, it immediately corrected in self..any idea where I would start to look to fix this?
