Steering system for bravo one

I have a 1989 Regal Valanti 220 XL and need to replace the steering cable, the existing system is Quick Guide Rotary rack and pinion system. Does any one know anything about this system. It is power assisted. HELP

Nope,.... But I'm Sure Teliflex makes a replacement unit for it....
replace the Complete Helm,+ the Cable...
