I have an Yami 150 OX66 with Sea Star steering. I took it out Saturday morning for Stripers. I have about 200 yards of no-wake coming out of the marina and noticed that the steering was a little un reponsive. Meaning that at idle speed, I had immeadiate response when steering right, but to correct my course to the left, I had to turn the wheel 3-4 times. Once I was up on plane, the steering responded perfectly, and didn't happen again when pulling back into the marina. Should I just chaulk this up to cold weather and the hydrolics were a little sticky? Or is it something I should look into? I am going back out this weekend, and will see if it does the same thing again.

By the way, the steering worked well enough for me to bag a 40 inch stiped bass....Awesome fight on light tackle.

grab the back of the motor and shake it left to right. if the cyl moves back and forth on the rams its got air in the cyl.
