Stereo Instalation Question (updated with pics)

Whats the best location to install a stereo and speakers in a 15ft runabout so that you get the best sound. If pictures would help let me know and I'll go take a few. Thanks. here are a few pics of places that I'm thinking about placing the speakers.

In a 15' boat, you are pretty much limited by available space. Since they will always be below you, and normally behind you, not much of a chance to make a perfect solution.

If 2, make them as far forward, near the driver, as possible.

place them under a lip, to prevent direct rain.
