On the throttle, directly under the key, is a small knob that turns either way...what would this be for? Thank you...I have the original owners manual but it isn't even discussed...
you need to let us know what we are working on!now that your pee pee has been slapped.sounds like you have a o.m.c control box.it's throttle friction.by turning c/w it will keep your handle from creping back.
