First off Thanks for all your replies . I should have said I rev it to clear it out then when it throttles down I put it in gear. Also the plugs a gap at .030 some one on here suggested to get them larger so they are now at .035. And I don't know when the carbs were last cleaned but I know they have been off because they're labeled 1 2 and three. And no I have not linked in synced the carbs. Is that something I can do ? Just doesn't make any sense if it was the carbs wouldn't do it all the time. Also sometimes when I take off slow and go to give it a little bit more throttle stays at the RPM that I was just at for a few seconds then it starts to take off faster and faster to the point if you're not holding on you'll be in the water. Lol

I would pull the carbs and clean them thoroughly...including jets and all small passages etc. Replace all fuel lines on the motor(including lines that connect the carbs together.

Personally, I remove the fuel connector at the motor(prone to leaking air)...and plumb the fuel line directly to the fuel pump.

If I remove the carburetors one at a time and pull the bottom bowls and give them a good cleaning will I just be able to reinstall the carbs and not need any adjustments. Or will cleaning them screw with the mixture.

Oh yes the thermostat . I have no idea I know the motor runs pretty cool and when I started in the water or on the hose it only takes a few seconds for one of the stop pumping out. That's all I know.

The carb mix is not adjustable. Pull all 3 carbs completely off. Take them apart and clean them, make sure floats are set correctly(and moving freely), take a small wire(i strip the paper off a twist tie from a loaf of bread) and run in thru all tiny holes and passages. main jets are located under the screw in the bowls. You can run wire thru them and not have to go thru trouble of trying to get them out. Replace any carb gaskets that look suspect.

Check all carb linkages to make sure they work freely.

It's a job but not hard to pull the carbs and clean them. Take pics with you phone of the linkage if you need too. If you have brown jelly then it's bad gas and I'd pull the tank and clean everything fuel related. If you have black, grey or clear bits then your fuel lines are eaten up from ethanol fuel. Sometimes a degraded float vale will leave bits as well. Remove bowls carefully so you can inspect the junk in them and so the floats don't swarm on you. Buy carb kits and a fuel pump rebuild kit if you want to cover the bases. As said change as much or all of your fuel lines that you can. I went thru all the stuff you did and my biggest problem was the one way check valve in the primer bulb was gummed up. I cleaned and rebuilt the entire fuel system and have been trouble free since. If that don't fix it... but it will... then buy ignition CDI's. That's all that's left and they act up in odd ways.

Okay I have an update. I just pulled all three carbs off and I noticed the top one had very little fuel in the carburetor bowl and it's bowl gasket was ripped that's probably why I have so much fuel all the time in the cowling. The other two carbs had much more fuel in the bowls and the gaskets were in great shape but all three had no gunk in the bowls. I have cleaned all three jets and blown them all out with compressed air. Now I will just go get one new gasket and hopefully it works. What do you all think.

It's always nice to actually find something wrong. Spending the 50 bucks on the kits and fuel pump kit and be done was my call but fixing just that leak will fix a big problem. Turn the carbs upside down with the bowl off and check to see that the floats are horizontal to the carb. Adjust the floats so they are flat and even with the carb body when the carb is upside down. That's free!

With that gasket being bad will that make the fuel pres drop and the pump take longer to deliver the fuel and that's way I have the bog and lower power after I sit or troll ?

Doubt that the gasket has an effect on the pump and pressure.-----Take a look at parts and see how things work.----Makes repairs so much easier when you understand the workings of the parts.

So the gasket leaking would not cause a problem ? Or at least the problem I am having. The carbs were very clean but I used a torch tip cleaner to clean the main jet. I love that tool I don't know why guys don't use them more.
