You live on the wet coast my fellow boater, and if its not stored inside you will always have condinsation issues. Just remove all the pillows and anything else that can retain moisture, and follow the tarping instructions by the guys, thing will still be wet, but the condinsation will be wicked away to the outside of the boat, hopefully :)

Re: Storage condensation problem. GRRRRRRR

just checked the boat......well well well ......the tent set up appears to be working really well ...the front hatch over the cuddy is wide open with 4 in 1 pitch tent 1 foot above.

same for the rest of the boat with the sunpad over the engine open 6 inches ...the cuddy and floor of the cockpit are dry .... ( all the upholstered seats removed ) ........ there is some condensation on the underside of the tent tarp but the pitch is allowing it to run to the outside and not fall in the boat. The underside of the sunpad which was previously soaking wet is now dry .....i imagine because there is now air flow over under and around 3 sides.

I think jeeperman is right .....lots of airflow to negate any ambient temp differential is the key. Also i think in retrospect the pitch of the tent is also important ...enough to get any underside condensation to run off but not too much as to impede air flow.
