I would loosen the main caps about 3 turns each, then tap them side to side to free them (if there stuck). Then take a BFM and give it a good few blows. If the doesn't work, take a ox/axe to the top of the piston to heat it up. Try a few more blows, if that doesn't work, cut the piston out with the ox/axe (aluminum melts before iron.
No ox/axe, get a 7/16 to 1/2 inch drill and start drilling holes thru the piston until it can be busted out.
