Not really... When living in the Colo flat land and often needing to tow heavy trailers over the Rockies with a Dodge 360 one would have to adjust everything to have any power at all going up and put it all back coming down. Add a bit of diesel fuel to a tank and run up into the thin air. Many years and miles on trucks and they were never hurt. Less oil in that gas than we pumped in.
With all the smoke you could become a member of the "Volunteer Mesquito Control Division"

ok,, so how do you know how much gas your going to put in to fill up??

:lol: im poor i know how much gas and it isnt going to be near the top before i stop pumping. maybe when the kids leave home i will be able to check if the fuel gauge goes over 3/4 of a tank

I had a 1987 Mercury 70 hp (3 Cyl) motor I am parting out. The 1987-1990 Mercury/Mariner 70-80-90 (3 Cyl) engines were identical. I have the oil injection pump (and gear) as well.
