Stupid Question but I can't find the answer

99 Chaparral, 4.3L Alpha One, Gen II. I am wrapping up getting this thing back together. In the outdrive gasket set I have there are 4 orings. One of them is large and I can readily identify that it goes to the water jacket.

Question 1. Can I just glue that thing in place with bellows adhesive or should I use grease. I don't think grease and rubber mix so-to-speak but I am a rookie with boats.

Question 2. Where do those other 3 orings go to?

I use bellows adhesive on it.

Question 2. Where do those other 3 orings go to?

The splined shaft, some take 2 orings, some take 3.
