I heard, on the radio,
that people bet a total of five billion dollars on the game, 17
million of which is done legally. That's a lot of money!
Who here has money riding on today's Superbowl and let's have how much. Heh?
I don't have any money riding on it, just enjoy the game.
Bassy

I do. $20.00 a square at the barber shop. They filled in the numbers on Friday. Didn't go by to see what numbers I have. I've won there before. I'll pick up my dough next haircut. 1/2 the money goes to the high school baseball team and this year my son is a freshman on the team

Re: Superbowl betting

When I bet on a game it is usually 5 dollars. And it's more just to give Seahawk fans/friends a hard time. :D I've never watched a Super Bowl game before. Might this afternoon just to make sure the Kitty Cats win!

YIPEE!!! Just won $50 on a football square. I had 4 and 0. :)

I bet on another board which will pay $250 a quarter but don't have any idea what my numbers are.

If only 17 million of it is legally wagered, the taxman surely is the big loser in all of this.
I don't know whether to laugh or cry :( ;)
