Good news for the Bagboys! Charges are being dropped. According to an Ohio revised code of some sort states that a store can have its employees use resonable force to subdue suspects until authorities arrive. One of the stores security camera shows the suspect swinging at the one bagboy and then the other one slashing the tire just before the man took off in his car.<br /><br />Plus the crook has a new charge on him which is attemted assult! <br /><br />I guess there is some justice after all, it just doesn't get recongized as it should.<br /><br />Not so long ago thieves would loose one hand for the first offense and the other if they did it again. What would that do for a deturant now?

Thanks ss for posting am glad they are being exonerated they did not deserve to be prosecuted

Thats great SS mayfloat but like Bubba said it had to be done legaly or the store may have been sued or some othe non-sense. I would like to think our court system is ruled but common sense instead or political sense. Im so tired of the so called "politically correct" veiws that this country seems to be pushing that are makeing areas of socity a cesspool for crime and foul behavoir. Ok I feel a little bit better.....nah I dont.
