Hi,<br />What year is Your DT15?<br /><br />Describe more in detail what "not perform on high speed" is in your case.<br />Also what, if any, have You tried yourself to correct the problem?<br /><br />Many problem related to poor performance is fuel related in some way.<br />Check the whole fuel delivery chain from tank (inluding inside tank and tank vent) - fuel connections, fuel lines, bulb, filter, fuel pump (rubber diaphragm), carb (cleaning and also perhaps carb repair kit, float including float height). Make sure You use the right type of spark plug and correct gap (check Owners manual).<br />Check condition of the sparkplugs You use now and compare against these pictures:<br /><br />Link <br /><br />Some (Yamaha) Ring Free to clean the inside of the engine may be a good thing also.<br /><br />If You suspect bad cyl You may want to make a compression test also.

It's a 1994 up to halh trottle it performs good <br />when above it just logs there don't seem to take the gas plugs are good fuel line and filters are good.

If You pump fuel bulb when there is trouble to go over half throttle - does it help?<br />If it does help it may be the fuel pump not delivering enough fuel.<br /><br />Any overheat alarm?<br />When was impeller last changed?
