Suzuki 200 4 stroke will not start

Batteries were low and would not crank engine. It tried to turn over and then starter began clicking. I charged batteries and now starter is clicking and electric engine lift also runs real slow.

All other electrics work great and batteries are good.

You probably have some resistance in the starter high current circuit. Remove, clean and reinstall all connections of the battery cables. Give particular attention to where the battery ground cable attaches to the engine block. While you have the cables off, check them for swollen or weak spots, indicating internal corrosion.
