Suzuki 40 lacks power need advice

New 40 (3yr old) serviced regularly by dealer but now I am on hols it wont run as it should. It has lost its power and is not running so smoothly. Could one cylinder be not working? How do I fix it please. Holiday nearly ruined!!

checked dial and last 1000 rpm is missing...maxing out at 4500
