Suzuki '95 200 Questions

I'm looking at buying a used '95 EFI 200 as a project. Are there any really good or really bad things I should know about? The guy notes the following serial number and Sierra (?) number and NADA lists those three model numbers for that year. Any info on this stuff would be helpful. Thanks.

Serial no. FK616955. Sierra No 18-5644
