Suzuki DF 25

My DF25 will not run anything below medium throttle. I was having this problem before, so I just removed the three carbs, cleaned them (they were full of jelly), replaced the gaskets, o-rings, needle valvle, etc. it does not seem to have fixed a thing! what gives!

Did you sync the carbs?

No. When I read the directions, it sounds like I need the thing to idle in order to sync the carbs. Right now I can barely keep the thing running.

did you dril out the EPA plug to clean the yets?

drill out the EPA jets? I don't even know what that means. I certainly did not drill anything!

I did remove all the jets that the manual instructed, sprayed them with cleaner and wiped them down. I did the same with the carb body.

the DF25 are emision tested in the factory and set.
than they put a tamper proof plug in it so its not adjustable. thanks to the EPA.
