So I took my boat out after a couple months of sitting while I was doing some other work to it, and went to go WOT and there was some hesitation, and it would only hit around 4000 rpms. It would jump to full throttle for a couple seconds, then back down, then back to full for a few seconds, then back down spiratically. It seemed like maybe the injectors were sticking, so I went to pull them off of the fuel rail and the fuel rail stays pressurized, but only to the first 2 injectors. I pulled the top 2 off and a little fuel drained out, then the bottom 2 had a steady rate draining out. So does this sound normal? Bad injectors, bad fuel pump, or something else?

I'd put some fuel injector cleaner in the tank and run it for a while. But keep it down were it runs not too bad.

I'm running some seafoam in it now to see if it clear up any. Before if it sat for a couple weeks I'd get one or two hiccups when I first went out then ran perfect.
