My motor has sat for 1 year with out any use. I have since gotten the motor running but when I shift into foward of reverse the engine dies out. I tried to turn the prop but it is locked up. Could the clutch just be tight from no use or is it completely locked UP?<br />I put a wrench on the fly wheel and I can turn the engine while in forward or reverse.?
