Suzuki DT25c question

So I apparently have a 1991 DT25C and on the front of it by the key electric start, there is a dial that has an "S" on the bottom and an "F" on top. It will only turn from top to bottom. Can someone tell me what this is for? I'm kindof assuming it is an idle adjustment but thought someone might know for sure.

Mine has that on it, does yours rev up high right when you start it?
