I have a 1989 6 hp Suzuki that is quite difficult to get started the first time in the day. After that it runs like a charm and starts real easy thereafter throughout the day.

I replaced the primer bulb on the hose from the tank because the old one wouldn't get hard. The new one does, but it hasn't improved anything.

I also took off the carb and wanted to clean it, but it looked super clean. Spark plugs are like new too...

What could be giving me this initial grief first time out in the day?
