suzuki dt65 1993 bogging

Can anyone help? I have a suzuki dt65 1993, which boggs down and cuts out when putting it in gear and putting the power on. It revs and idles fine. I have changed the plugs, throttle valve sensor and fuel pump, cleaned the carbs and fuel filter, also checked the oil flow sensor. I have also done a spark test and compression test and all is fine, and still have no luck.

bad luck with your motor, i am having the same problem and have done all the same things you have, i own a 89 dt30c. my motor dose not cut out like yours dose but the rest of the simptoms are the same, makes for a bad time loading it in the river! my moter dose not seem to have the power it should wile running it at full speed. good luck if i find mine i will let you know what the problem was.

If compression and spark is good on all cylinders, check to see if timing meets specs. and is advancing as it should, especially when problem is occurring.

If all is in spec. check CDI output voltages, all of them, as problem is occurring.

Is all is good then chase fuel problems
