Suzuki Owners Manual

My brother just bought a used, 2004, 15hp Suzuki four stroke outboard, without an owners manual.

Does anyone know about the availability and possible source for getting an owner's manual for this motor - a paper copy, or a PDF download possibly?

All that I have been able to find are repair manuals.

If this is of any help, the serial number for the motor is Df15MSK4.
