I was wondering if anyone knows what would cause my 1998 DT140 to surge only at 2000 rpm. It starts and runs fine at idle, 3000rpm or above but surges like it is not getting enough gas or something while running at 2000 rpm. I tried changing the plugs but that didnt help. thanks for anyones input.
