I currently have a 1998 Skeeter 1775 tiller. It has a 1998 Yamaha 75HP on it right now. I found a Mercury 125HP tiller motor that I want to switch to, but there is a weight difference in the two motors. I have seen the same year Skeeters, but different model, have Yamaha 150HP motors on them. The transoms look exactly the same to me. Does anyone have any idea if my boat would hold this 125HP without any problems? Thanks!
