System Check is known to have many issues, false and failing readings are common. Having it go through twice doesn't mean much, just keep an eye on it, and never trust it.

You could be suffering from a dip in Voltage when the engine is cranking causing the system check to do a 'reset' when the Voltage rises again after cranking.

Test with a Voltmeter across battery connections, then across starter solenoid Positive & engine block when stationary & when cranking.

Four tests in total. (Pull the safety lanyard to stop the engine starting so you get decent readings)
