I removed pump housing and removed o-ring, reinstalled it and all gaskets etc and a new impeller. Seems as if it's locked in gear and I can't get it out. Tried moving shifting spline, it rotates fine. Shaft moves freely. When rotating prop it clicks in one direction. Not sure how to get it out of gear. Removed all and verified nothing under housing moved. It's all seeming fine just can't get it into neutral.
